The Earl of Snowdon Meets with Representatives of SEMC

On March 27, 2018, David Albert Charles Armstrong-Jones, 2nd Earl of Snowdon (born 3 November 1961), met with a delegation of entrepreneurs from the Sino-European Manufacturing Club (SEMC) at Christie's London.

They also attended a meeting on the subject of the "Golden Era of Cultural and Artistic Cooperation between China and the UK", and exchanged views on Sino-British cultural and artistic exchange and investments between China and UK.

About David Armstrong-Jones, 2nd Earl of Snowdon

David Armstrong-Jones (or David Linley) is the Honorary Chairman of Christie's for Europe, the Middle East, Russia and India, and also plays an important role in British politics and aristocratic circles. As of February 2021, he is 22nd in the line of succession to the British throne, and the first who is not a descendant of the Queen. His godfathers include Queen Elizabeth II and Bishop Lincoln. He is the son of Princess Margaret who is the daughter of King George VI.

David Armstrong-Jones joined Christie's in 2005 and became Chairman of Christie's UK in 2006. Since 2015, he has been the Honorary Chairman of Christie's and is responsible for Europe, the Middle East, Russia and India.
