The 5th Sino-European Business Cooperation and Two-Way Investment Forum was successfully held in Bangkok

On June 26th, the curtain rose in Bangkok, Thailand, for the Fifth China-Europe Industrial Cooperation and Bilateral Investment Forum, along with Understanding RCEP. This forum, hosted by the Sino-European Manufacturing Club and sponsored by Luzhou Laojiao·Mr. Kylin, was attended by over 100 elites from the political, business, and academic circles of 12 countries, discussing new opportunities, consumption, and investments in the post-pandemic era for China-Europe-ASEAN.

The opening ceremony was graced with heartfelt addresses from Chuan Leekpai, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and former Prime Minister of Thailand, and M.L. Panithan Charoonrojana. In his speech, Prince Panithan Charoonrojana earnestly acknowledged the significant contributions of the Chinese business community in Sino-Thai commercial and cultural exchanges and looked forward to further friendly exchanges and mutual learning, driving positive economic and social development for both countries.

For this purpose, Jason Xiang, founder of Sino-European Manufacturing Club and CEO of Kylin Spirits Group, stated: "The world's hope lies in the East, especially ASEAN, which is the engine of growth. Our Chinese people, Chinese enterprises, and Chinese-funded enterprises have achieved tremendous success in ASEAN and Thailand. In the current era of significant change and the strategic context of China-ASEAN relations, we should visit Thailand more to observe and believe that we will reap wealth and surprises here."

During the event, Mr. Xiang Jian had friendly and in-depth exchanges with Thailand's M.L. Supab Pramoj, Miss Apinya Pramoj, M.L. Wanchai Navarutn, M.L. Panithan Charoonrojana, and Sorasit Jaroonroj.

M.L. Supab Pramoj vividly remembers his visit to China with his father 48 years ago and meeting with Premier Zhou. He recalled people in China all wearing blue and black clothes, and the tricycles and rickshaws commonly seen in Tiananmen Square, everything was very simple. Now, as times have changed drastically, he is amazed at the new face of China's economy.

At the dinner, representatives from all walks of life enjoyed a lively conversation, discussing the new Chinese Baijiu and its international market, which they believe has a promising "visible future." As a pioneering brand in the internationalization of Baijiu, Luzhou Laojiao·Mr. Kylin will continue to expand the territory of new Chinese Baijiu in Thailand and ASEAN.
