In July 2024, representatives from Sino-European Manufacturing Club (SEMC) completed a fruitful scholarly visit to Oxford. The theme of the visit was "Exchange Across Cultures and Eras," aiming to facilitate the exchange of world-leading technology concepts, entrepreneurial spirit, and educational philosophies between China and the UK.

During the visit, Chairman Jason Xiang engaged in sincere discussions with Oxford University's management, including two chancellors, three department heads, and four CEOs of major asset management companies. These exchanges not only deepened cooperation between the two parties but also brought new opportunities for SEMC to participate in Oxford University projects. Additionally, through courses such as "The Economic Benefits of Net Zero Emissions," "The Future Impact of Digital Health on Healthcare," and "Oxford University Asset Development, Operation, and Transformation," the SEMC delegation gained profound insights into the essence of Oxford University's educational philosophy. The delegation attentively listened to the courses and recorded detailed experiences and advanced practices that could be applied, helping SEMC further assist Chinese industries in high-quality overseas expansion.

On September 13th, the SEMC delegation will embark on another journey, this time to Cambridge University. They have been invited to participate in a postdoctoral program at Homerton College, where they will discuss topics such as business studies and new productivity.
