Jason Meets with Kenyan President Ruto in Beijing

On October 17, Jason Xiang, founder of Sino-European Manufacturing Club and CEO of Kylin Spirits Group, met with Kenyan President Ruto in Beijing, who was in China to attend the third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum.

Jason stated that Sino-European Manufacturing Club is committed to the internationalization of Chinese enterprises. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Kenya. The two countries are at the forefront of China-Africa cooperation in building the "Belt and Road". Significant achievements in infrastructure represented by the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway, renewable energy, consumer goods, and other areas of cooperation are evident. We will further promote bilateral industrial cooperation and bi-directional investment, closely align with Kenya's development strategy, and strive to achieve more new results.

President Ruto said, "The 10 years of jointly building the 'Belt and Road' have been a decade of success, bringing tangible benefits to the people of both Kenya and China," and detailed the opportunities for cooperation in Kenya's hydropower, photovoltaic, geothermal, and other renewable energy industries.

Finally, Jason presented President Ruto with Jade Kylin Chinese single malt whisky and a Kylin-branded custom umbrella, symbolizing that the friendship between the two sides can withstand wind and rain, and continue to progress steadily and far.
