In 2021, Kylin Spirits Group, in partnership with Luzhou Laojiao, successfully launched a Chinese whisky style distilled alcoholic drink — Kylin DS. Before its official market launch, it had already created pre-sales of $1.6 million in the London and Beijing markets.

Kylin DS Chinese whisky style distilled alcoholic drink is the most ambitious brewing experiment by the Kylin Spirits Group, targeting the development track of Chinese-style whisky and serving the "international business spirits" scene.
